Volunteers Needed!

The Procession of the Species could not happen without the 100-plus community members who give their time, talents, ideas, and energy each year to make it happen. Sign up now to be part of bringing the Procession to life!

As a volunteer you will meet new friends, join neighbors, learn new art and music skills, and bask in knowing you've helped create one of the world's great community celebrations.

• Are you an artist? Design and teach a workshop, submit an idea for next year's t-shirt design, come to the Community Art Studio and share what you know.
• Are you a musician or dancer? Teach or play at a workshop, recruit other drummers and dancers, form your own music or dance group. Help us make hundreds of percussion instruments and shakers to give out to onlookers on Procession Day.
• Are you a student? Intern opportunities are available throughout the year.
• Are you a communications whiz? Help with getting the word out about the Procession to truly bring the community together.
