Interfaith Works Fundraiser Sunday March 1st!

In this time of funding cuts, Interfaith Works-- which provides Olympia's 24/7 services to our neighbors experiencing homelessness -- needs our support more than ever. Let's help make their "Eye-2-Eye" Fundraiser on Sunday March 1st a big success.

Tickets are $75 each. A big thank you to those of you who have pre-purchased the seats to fill the CIC table! Single tickets are still available; you_can_purchase_them_here.

The event will be held this year at the Lutheran Church of the Good Shepherd, 1601 North St SE in Olympia. Doors open at 5 for happy hour and meet and greet; dinner and program run from 6 until 8pm. CICers who also want to attend Celebration will be able to get to the event in time for the meal and entertainment.

And a huge thank you to those of you who donated supplies or their own artistic offerings toward the CIC's art-themed raffle basket.

A special call-out to Jan Rocks, who donated a watercolor class for 4 complete with supplies, Hilarie Hauptmann who donated a beautiful set of paintbrushes and a canvas, Jamie Rainwood, who donated a concrete carving session, many of our artistic community members who donated hand-painted greeting cards, Olyphant Art supplies who donated $75 in art supplies, and Carol Rainwood, who put it together in this lovely basket! Let's hope it raises a lot of money for Interfaith Works.
