Come and participate if you can; bring hula hoops. CIC t-shirts available at celebration.
Staging area: 14th & Chestnut; 9:30-10:30.
Ends at Heritage Park
People under age 18 must be with parent/guardian or parent/guardian approved adult.
No objects to be thrown or dropped on parade route, i.e. candy, confetti, beads, etc.
No animals (except service animals)
