Rules

The rules of soccer are done in 'layers'. The basic rules are made and published by FIFA, the international organization, those rules can be found and read at their site.

The local youth leagues are bound by the international rules which are then modified by WSYSA, the state organization, and then the TCYSA local county rules apply.

The local adult group SWSA has some rules that they apply over the international rules.
