This is the classic American Sousaphone. A very portable and flexible low brass instrument. This model is in the key of Bb and is the traditional 4 valve type, the 4th valve allows for more precise tuning. The bell is detachable.
- Bore is .728 in.
- The bell measures 26 inches.
- Body is yellow brass.
- Valves are Monel.
Comes with 2 bits at different angles so facilitate easier function for players of different sizes.
Optional finishes; Lacquer, Silver and Raw Brass.
Optional Cases: Traditional Clam-shell or canvas covered wood with wheels.
