Kashani and Mas Uda Dancers
This is Mas Uda's annual benefit event-always the first Saturday in April (except when Easter conflicts) APRIL 11, 2026. Mas Uda Dancers has raised over $27,000.00 for local charities and all our events are benefits for charitable organizations.

VENDORS - If you would like to vend, contact Kashani. So far we have: Alia's Treasures (decades of dance goodies up for sale by a retired dancer); Charlotte's Garden (exquisite jewelry and other goodies); Dancey Loved (so much lovely and well loved dance items); wild craft herbarium (lovely soaps and more);Lorinda's home crafts/preserves; Girl Scouts (lunch, snacks and more) - this will be a wonderful variety of fabulous stuff. BE AWARE THAT NOT ALL VENDORS TAKE BANK CARDS - have some cash on hand!

You Gotta Move! Traveling Combinations (90 minutes) 10:30-noon - $35

In this workshop dancers will be invited to take up space! Explore how to layer favorite dance moves onto interesting foot patterns and learn some of Catherine Bird's go to traveling combinations. Some elegant, some fun, some unusual, these combos can be used in various styles of belly dance. Discussion will also include how to move in different dance spaces, whether a theater stage or an intimate restaurant setting. Socks or dance slippers recommended. Yalla! Let's move!
