Ron's Bread 3 C water @ 100*F
1 1/2 T yeast
3/4 T sea salt
6 1/2 C fluffy flour
Mix well. Cover and let rise 30 minutes, preheat overn 450*F.
Remove amount desired, cover and refridgerate remainder.
(Chilling aids handling without add much flour)
Spray cookie sheet and shape, but don't kneed loaves. Slash tops.
Beat 1 egg with 1 T water and brush on loaves.
Sprinkle with sesame and/or poppy seeds. Or brush with olive oil and sprinkle with rosemary.
Bake 30 min, checking at 20 min, or until light brown.
