Mexican Chef Salad 1 onion
4 tomatos, pealed
1 head lettuce
Chopped
1 bag Dorito chips, crunched
1/4 t salt
1 large avocado, diced
4 oz grated cheese
8 oz 1000 island dressing
hot suace to taste
1 T (about) milk
Toss all
1 lb ground beef, browned, drained
1 can (15 oz) kidney beans
simmer 10 min
Mix into salad and serve immediately
Garnish with sliced avocado, tomato, and totilla chips
