Country Sausage Gravy Process 2 oz cooked sausage to small pea size
In 2 cup glass containter add and mix 1/2 C milk, 1/2 C water, 3 T flour, 1/2 t thyme, 1/4 t basil, 1/2 t black pepper.
Zap 60 to 90 seconds. Remove, stir and return.
Zap until boiling reaches top.
Add and mix processed sausage and black pepper to taste.
