Chicken Tostada

Fry in oil: tortillas to crispiness then drain on paper
Grind: thyme, sage, oregano, Red Chili Flakes, Salt, pepper
Add, Mix: Sugar lime Juice, Oil, paprika
Add, toss: Fry chircken thighs boned, skin down, med high heat 10 minutes
Guacamole: Avocado chunks, mayo, lime juice, red onion, cilantro, carrot shavings
Slaw: red cabbage, shredded. onion, mayo, carrot shavings

Plateing: Guacamole then Chicken then top with Slaw
