Shrimp Scampy

1/2# Shrimp, pealed
1/4 C Dry White Wine
3 large garlic cloves
Dried, Crushed Red Pepper
1/2 C unsalted butter
1/2 C olive oil
1/4 C chopped parsley
3 C cooked rice

Saute minced garlic 1 to 2 minutes, add butter and stir until melted. Add shrimp and cook 1 minute. Stir in wine and pepper, Reduce heat and simmer until shrimp turns pink. Sprinkle with parsley and serve over rice.
