French Dip Sandwich

4 # Chuck Roast
24 oz Beer
1 Beef Bouilon Cube
1 t Thyme
1 t Oregano
3 Bay Leaves
1 T Garlic Powder
6 C Water to cover meat

Combine all in slow cooker and let set 15 minutes. Add bay leaves, cook on low 8 to 10 hrs.
