Wassail

My favorite EASY recipe is heat apple juice with Celestial Seasonings brand, Bengal Spice variety tea bag(s).

'The Best Wassail'
4 gallons of apple cider from Lattins
6 oranges sliced 1/4 inch thick
20 cinnamon sticks
4 thumbs of ginger, sliced into 1/2 inch medallions
Optional: cloves (omit to keep mild)

'Plenty Good Enough Wassail'
4 gallons of any apple cider or juice
1/2 gallon orange juice
1 box of Bengal Spice Teabags by Celestial Seasonings
Optional: cloves (omit to keep mild)


Ingredients
8 cups apple cider
2 cups orange juice
1/2 cup lemon juice
4 whole cinnamon sticks
12 whole cloves or 1 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg

1 Gallon Apple Juice or Apple Cider
1/2 cup Brown Sugar
1/2 cup frozen orange juice concentrate
1 orange sliced
2 tsp whole cloves
2 tsp whole allspice
3 sticks cinnamon
2 whole nutmeg

1 tablespoon brown sugar
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 cinnamon sticks (3 inches)
Dash ground cinnamon
Dash ground cloves

2 cups fresh orange juice
1 cup lemon juice
1 cup pineapple juice
1 cup white sugar
1 teaspoon whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick, broken into pieces

Ingredients

3 cups orange juice
1 (46 oz) can pineapple juice
2 Tbsp honey (optional, or to taste)
2 3-inch cinnamon sticks
2 tsp cloves
