Vegetarian Chili

1 chopped onion
1 c chopped pepper
1 can tomatoes
1 can tomato sauce
chili powder
salt
red pepper
paprika
15 oz can kidney beans


6-Ingredient Vegetarian Chili

1 teaspoon olive oil
1 small onion, diced
1 bell pepper, diced
1 (15 ounce) can diced tomatoes
1 (15 ounce) cans black beans
1 (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans
1 tablespoon chili powder
and other spices of your choice

Directions
Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium heat. Add onions and pepper and saute until transparent, 5 to 7 minutes.

Add tomatoes, beans, and chili powder; bring to a simmer. Cook, stirring occasionally, for 20 minutes or longer.
