Gallo Pinto
Ingredients
3 c day old cooked rice
2 c cooked black beans
2 T chopped onions
1 T bell pepper chopped
2 T chopped coriander/cilantro
2 T oil
1/2 T Salsa Lizano Sauce or Worchester Sauce
1/2 T tebasco Sauce (opt.)
Instructions
Saute the onion and bell pepper in the oil. Add beans and cook for 2 minutes.
Add the cooked rice and cook for 3 minutes. Add spices and sauces/spices and mix well.
Option: Garnish with sour cream.
Serves 6.
