Septic Loans & Grants.Thurston County Environmental Health has funds to help homeowners fix or replace their failing septic systems. Homeowners with failing septic systems in any part of Thurston County and of any income level can apply for low interest loans to replace failing septic systems or connect with sewer. Grants are available for homeowners with limited incomes and can be used to help cover the costs of small repairs or to replace a failing system.
