WhalesA talk on "The Road to Recovery for Endangered Southern Resident Killer Whales" will be given by Lynne Barre of National Marine Fisheries on December 7 from 7-9 pm at LOTT's WET Science Center. Presenter Barre will talk about her experience going to fight to get our resident orca pods listed under the Endangered Species Act, what it took to write the management plan for them, and how they have been doing since.
