South Sound Science Symposium

What's driving change in the South Puget Sound ecosystem? Are ecosystems reaching a tipping point or experiencing a more gradual decline?

These are among the questions that will be discussed at the next South Sound Science Symposium to be held from 8:00 am – 4:30 pm on Wednesday, October 27 at the Squaxin Island Tribe's Events Center, 91 W State Route 108, Shelton, WA. This event will bring together scientists working in the South Puget Sound ecosystem, including the watersheds that surround the marine environment, to investigate stressors, responses, and success stories in the Sound. There will be discussions, presentations, and a poster session.

Registration is now open. Please check the website for more details: http://www.psp.wa.gov/southsoundscience.php
