TC Pro-Net's 5th Annual Progressive Town Hall Picnic and Candidate ForumMark your calendars for Saturday, July 11, when TC Pro-Net will sponsor a potluck picnic to foster community spirit and get people in touch with their candidates for local offices. From 3:30-8:00 pm you can meet the candidates for Thurston County Commissioner, Olympia City Council, and Tumwater City Council while snacking on salmon, chicken, and all the tasty potluck dishes you and your neighbors provide. Also on the menu will be interactive workshops: Transition Towns - creating resilient communities for an unpredictable future. This event is free but please bring a potluck item. Locally grown food is encouraged. Beverages will also be provided. The picnic will be held at 3516 Pifer Rd SE, Olympia, WA 98501. Please RSVP to sherri@tcpronet.org or 352-8225.
