Prosperity Grange Fights to Keep Waterway PublicThe Prosperity Grange is contesting a decision by Thurston County Commissioners to vacate public right-of-ways along the Black River to real estate developers. The Grange maintains that state law prevents closing of public access to public waterways. The Thurston County Superior Court will hear their appeal on July 1.
