Gene and Karin Kraft started The Iron Horse Farm in 2010 to prepare for and adapt to climate change, eliminate pesticides and GMOs from their food, create a large degree of food independence, and find authenticity in their work. Since the start of the farm, Karin has been eagerly accumulating knowledge of holistic organic farming practices to ensure success in this effort.
Gene and Karin have attempted to make The Iron Horse Farm both aesthetically enjoyable and productive. It is and will continue to be a work in progress. Visitors are welcome to our farm. Please call for an appointment.
