Kundalini Yoga

Kundalini Yoga, as taught by Yogi Bhajan, is an ancient art and science of accessing our own creative and healing energy to lovingly transform ourselves and the world. Using meditation, chanting and yogic exercises, we strengthen our mental, physical and spiritual capacities so that we may live life to the fullest from the foundation of our truth.

In a class, we call on the infinite Kundalini energy, the creative force in all of us, to be set in motion. We learn to breathe more fully. We open and move our bodies. We chant and meditate. We learn to honor, listen and care for our bodies. We set our spirits soaring and we give voice to our soul and intuition. And, most important in this day and age, we practice the art of relaxing. Anyone can do it. It is challenging but fun. There are potent opportunities to break out of some of our old conditioning and awaken in our true essence. Yoga can help us meet the daily challenges of life with grace and strength. It can support an opening and softening of the heart so that our birthright of happiness can be fully experienced and embodied. I invite you to come open your wings and fly with us!
