Investment: $210 for thirteen weeks with option to make-up missed classes in other Shakti Sanctuaries.
The Shakti Sanctuary is a women's yoga series/group that is intimate, set in a beautiful space and deeply empowering of our Divine Feminine Spirit. It is series that delves into the basics and fundamentals of kundalini yoga and meditation, specifically designed for women and their bodies, minds and souls. Together, we create a sanctuary where 'all of you' is welcome to come and take refuge from the stresses of the world and then re-emerge feeling centered, inspired, and radiant in your feminine essence. Tea and a beautiful snack is served afterwards for a time of sharing and connecting.
