Investment: $210 thirteen classes with option to make-up missed classes in other Shakti Sanctuaries.

The Shakti Sanctuary is a women's yoga series that is intimate, set in a beautiful space and deeply empowering of our Divine Feminine spirit. It is series that delves into the basics and fundamentals of kundalini yoga and meditation, specifically designed for women and their body, mind and soul. Together, we create a sanctuary where 'all of you' is welcome to come and take refuge from the stresses of the world and then re-emerge feeling centered in your truth, inspired, and radiant in your feminine essence. Tea and a beautiful snack is served afterwards for a time of sharing and connecting. A community of empowered women is the greatest gift in the world and to the world!
